      Pros

      Relaxed atmosphere. Co workers are easy to work with.

      Cons

      Management does not really recognize the work you do. Management is only in their role because they have been there for 15 years plus, but they do not have any management skills. You only get a promotion if you are 'friends' with management.

      Pros

      Currently there is little to no micro managment. Benefits are good and the work load is steady and manageable most months.

      Cons

      Scheduling. Most of the time the scheduling of projects is poor. They just don't leave enough time to complete quality product. Have meetings on b how to improve the process and then no action is taken
