Pros

Cafeteria is pretty good. Work life balance is good as well. People are really nice. Pay is fair. It also takes me 5 min to get to work with little traffic. I like that the most.

Cons

Cronyism. Lots of suck ups. Corporate culture is pretty lame. Lots of red tape to deal with. Things going down hill since merger with Hillshire. I am ready to jump ship.
