The work environment is relaxed and easy going. Senior management allows the team members to get involved and voice our opinions.

Cons

There can be times when miscommunication leads to poor production. This can also create tension and animosity between various teams.

Pros

Informal culture compared to other corporations. Very laid back. Easy access to management on all levels. VERY family oriented. GREAT place to start at right out of college. Interns often move into full time positions. Overall, great company to work for...

Cons

Pay is not as competitive as some CPG companies, however the cost of living is lower. The city can be bit challenging to live in if you life get out.... You'll travel often to go to concerts and events.
