Pros

The pay was very competitive but my job was baited and switched once I took the job and bought a house in Springdale, AR. I love the area, but the job was very toxic to me personally. The company was not ready to get into the area we were hired for and the work was a continual power struggle and dissappointment from management for a lack of desired vaue. Poor market conditions, perpetual management change and a lack of coordination made it a job I was happy to leave. The attitiude of the workplace was definitely not employee centric. I had a bad vibe from day one and it got worse for the two years I spent there. I did have a good boss for the last year I was there, but it was a daily struggle to go in every day.

Cons

Poor work environment and a demoralized crew.

Pros

good salary and good benefits. northwest arkansas location is nice. some people there are great to work with. well known brand with a favorable consumer association.

Cons

good old boy network; some people unfriendly. Generally, people there are inconsiderate and uncaring to new persons, unless they are wired in to the good old boys. Lots of talk about diversity, but not much of it in senior management. lots of layoffs in lastt few years - business is not doing well ( though tha's an industrywide problem, not justyson's).
