Company that has fairly good consumer/shopper insights - much better than most other manufacturers in the industry

Still very commodity focused which has inhibited its growth with certain retailers

Above average salary, decent work-life balance, brand recognition is among the best in the food industry, small company at heart

Cons

Many, many layers and constant reorganizations. Low margin business and constant pressure to cut spending. A few layoffs since 2007.
