Leadership and growth has improved. Feels more united in the last year than several previous years.

Cons

Degree more important than experience from working within for years which hinders promotion. Insurance not worthy. Glad to have what I do have just wish it was a little better.

Tyson Foods is a great place to work in Springdale, Arkansas. The work environment is very laid back which makes it a very nice place to work. Tyson Foods is also located in Northwest Arkansas which one of the best places to raise a family in my opinion.

Cons

Tyson Foods is a low margin company; therefore, it sometimes has to make hard decisions to be able to meet these high standards for operation.
