Positive reviews below are obviously fake. 90+ people just got laid off in IT department. You never know from day to day if you have a job regardless of how hard you work. 5 C's are a joke, because manager do not practice 5 C's themselves.

Tyson used to be the company you wanted to work for. It was a company of high morals and a place where you felt at home. Tyson was known for taking care of its employees and making sure people got paid and spent time with their families knowing their job was secure. Ever since the acquisition of Hillshire Brands, Tyson is no more. Everyone who works here might as well just start calling it Hillshire Brands because that is what it has become. From the lying that upper management does to place their people in positions of power to changing of our culture that used to feel like a true southern tradition. We have let another group of people not raised with our morals; to be honest, to treat people right, and to take care of others run amuck our very culture that we have always boasted about. Nobody cares what is going on with the people at the bottom because all people care about is money. Unless I find a new opportunity that proves me otherwise I doubt that I will change a word about this post. Be careful who you can trust at Tyson Foods nowadays.
