Pros

Great benefits, great people, learning tools made available to all employees. I love the company, most of the upper management, and my job in general.

Cons

Customers can be very demanding and sometimes outright rude. It really requires a certain person to work for the company. You have to be very patient and be able to handle screaming customers professionally. I feel many of the positions are under paid.
