Pros

This is a long known company with great internal advancement opportunities for all employees. They are always open positions nationwide

Cons

Old ways times a million. Technology advances yet computers in their stores remain seven years old, they say help customers faster but when you wait literally a minute for pages to load and then managers just say there isn't anything we can do, they refuse to upgrade

Pros

Working at U-Haul is a liitle different. You have a lot of freedom, no one is micromanaging you or looking over your shoulder. Easy to get time off. Pretty good benefits.

Cons

does not pay as well as other companies. Low pressure environment sometimes breeds apathy. No long term planning. Not much room for advancement.
