      Pros

      It pays relatively well. The insurance is decent. Some of the managers really care.

      Cons

      The CEO doesn't care about you if you aren't a shareholder. She only cares about them, and it's obvious. Jobs are being sent overseas to Poland and otherwise regularly, and they're looking for reasons to get rid of people so that they can offshore the roles.

      Decent time off with tenure

      Cons

      No ability to voice concerns, upper management can’t/wont do anything. Everything is being outsourced, no sense of job stability unless you’re in the top 5% of the company
