Great professional atmosphere, stable work environment at a solid growing company. The benefits are great and job security is great as well.

Cons

Job can be very stressfull since their are a lot of mistakes that can be made and most of them are a big deal.

My experience wih US Bank was a positive one. I had many opportunities for career advancement and continued learning/training .

Cons

US Bank is very large and it was easy to feel as if you where just a number in a sea of employees.

Pros

Interesting work and mostly very nice colleagues. Many truly do go "the extra mile". Salary and compensation package could be better.

Cons

It depends on your manager. My review is somewhat colored by my manager who has one of the worst reputations in our department and in the company. This person micromanages, has limited social skills and talks down to people. There have been numerous complaints about this individual. In the meantime, most of us are looking around the rest of the company to see what other positions are available. Even though we don't like our manager, we recognized that there are a lot of good departments where people seem happy (more good than bad).
