Pros

US Bank is a strong bank (comparatively speaking) with reasonable oportunities. The company doesn't pay the hightest salaries, but as such, it is difficult for the division's to hire from the outside, so once you get in, there is reasonable opportunity.

Cons

US Bank is cheap in terms of not providing coffee, never office paid fun type things. Not really a big deal but it doesn't make it the greatest place to work. Salaries are somewhat lower than other banks from what I can tell.

Pros

Good company to work for as far as work and family balance. They are very understanding when it comes to family because of the flex time that is provided.

Cons

Salary is not what it should be. A lot of work is required but the salary does not compensate it.

Pros

Co- workers are great and so are some of the customers. Training for US Bank is amazing and networking with other people within the company.

Cons

This job is all about sales. We have to hound customers on opening useless products. Also pay and benefits are not that great when compared to other banks. Hours are horrible since we are open on sundays and late at night.
