      Pros

      Well run company, profitable at a time when other banks are being bailed out or folding.

      Cons

      Excessive micromanagement and vague feedback. Was put on a performance plan and met all terms thereof but was still let go, no explanation or advance warning given. Management treats employees like children. My advice would be watch your back and don't let your guard down around this bunch no matter how friendly they may seem on the surface.

      OMG 60+ hours work, work, work Conference calls twice a day, sometimes 5 days a week Too much pressure to sell Not quality but quantity of customer selection Too much stress
