      Pros

      1. In two years I have been able to advance my career and will continue to do so over the next few years.

      Cons

      There are great ideas on how the bank should be run and what to do best for the employees and our customers, however it doesn't always trickle from the top down.

      Good people throughout the company

      Cons

      Dislike lack of management. They do not have any leadership ability, just the mine though. I met several other managers throughout the company and they seemed much more knowledgeable.

      Pros

      Over all, I believe this is a good company to work for. My immediate supervisors, branch manager, and district managers are highly capable. Everyday I'm learning the importance of leadership, prioritization, and time management. Most of branch employees I encountered are professional, and customer service oriented.

      Cons

      I have been working for this company over 1 1/2 years, and picked up more responsibilities, but my base pay have not increased at all. I am dissatisfied to see that I'm paid the same wage that brand new employees are getting paid for. I don't believe that being a vault teller necessarily promise any fast career advancement. The only way to be recognized and be promoted is that you have to be very good at selling products.
