Pros

Financial Services environment but without having an intense quota discipline. Sense of corporate responsibility towards clients and employees.

Cons

Their products fell behind some of the competitors. They could make their branches a little more modern and inviting. Their IT is weak.

Pros

Good job stability, decent pay, lots of time off. Good place to work, not great. During this economy it works.

Cons

Everything moves slowly, hiring, training, back office support. Systems are relatively outdated and need to be. Building is cheap feeling.

Pros

Enjoyed interacting with custmers. Enjoyed helping customers with their needs. Liked the hours. Enjoyed the responsibility and challenging myself to achieve goals.

Cons

Some of the banks are not in safe areas. Does not seem to be room for a lot of advancement.
