Pros

Great work environment with a family atmosphere. Excellent benefits with great advancement opportunities for someone with drive. Vacation is a plus.

Cons

Due to its large size it feels like less of a family atmosphere. The benefits are limited and advancement opportunity is non-existent.

Pros

Absolutely none! I guess the only benefits were that I got a paycheck every two weeks. Other than that it sucked

Cons

Let's see...crappy pay, crappy hours, forced to sell to customers at all times, no holidays off, benefits were insanely expensive and not worth it

Pros

They give alot of verbal kudos but do not give the raises to go along with the performance.

Cons

Raises are under 3% and are not to be expected. A new hire would be hired making more money then a person who had been there longer with experience. The people training the new hires make less then the new hires, goes to show that they are good enough employees to train the new hires but not to pay them as so.
