      USBank, under the leadership of Richard Davis, will emerge from the current financial crisis better and stronger.

      Pros

      1. Leadership of our new CEO, Richard Davis 2. By being more conservative, USBank avoided risky schemes and are in the best financial condition of any large bank in the US. 3. Diversification of business beyond retail banking. Payment Services, for example, is a great contributor to company revenue, profitability, and growth.

      Cons

      1. Culture varies from group to group. 2. Even during good times, if you need office supplies, you often have to buy your own.

      Pros

      Some of the employees are nice to work with.

      Cons

      U.S. Bank is all about sales, they don't care about their customers just about making more money. Also, the healthcare benefits for employees are the most expensive I have seen! A single person pays over $100 a month for premiums and then you have to meet your deductible before it even kicks in!

      Pros

      salary is the only reason people work there. You need not upgrade your skills as long as you work there. If you are pursuing a degree and you want the money to pay your bills, this is the place to work. there is no learning or work pressure and this gives you time to concentrate on your degree.

      Cons

      No room for learning. Managers treat employees like dirt. Listen to employees when you do reviews. Don't do reviews like it is your job and you gotto get done by a timeline. Don't do 20 reviews on the last day constantly reminding the employee during review that you have to do 20 reviews that day.
