Pros

Good medical and dental. That's it

Cons

I have a friend who trains new bankers at Chase. A lot of them come from other banks. He said word to word "It's weird to see how much former US Bank Employees hated their work place." I personally worked for 3 different banks. Compared to other banks, this is a bad place to work. *Managers with no ethic. They make you deceive people and sell cheap stuff they don't need. Also, they don't give you any tools you need. *Old tech. *Training is horrible Go work for a classic bank. Not US Bank
