Pros
Richard Davis is an extraordinary leader. The company is moving in the right direction and Richard went above and beyond to work with its leadership in the time of economic downturn to lay off as few employees as possible. He is doing the right things to make this bank the best in the nation.
Cons
Although Richard sets forth the direction to reward employees, managers in certain areas seem to be less concerned with retaining talented staff than cutting costs.
