      Money's great, systems and management stink.

      Pros

      Compensation is pretty good for what I do and the flexibility in my job is great. I can pretty much come and go as I please and there isnt much micromanagement.

      Cons

      Workflow process is horrible in my area, systems are ancient, management is somewhat incompetent and health benefits may be the worst in the nation.

      Pros

      The culture of employee's. I also enjoy how others don't mind taking a minute out of their time to share their knowledge with questions. This is also a Bank that will always be around through the tough times.

      Cons

      Trying to keep track of you lapel pin. Can't order yellow sticky pads. (Not really a downside, I just thought it was funny. It could be a reason why we are one of the few banks that are doing well in these troubled times.)
