      Pros

      I have worked in other financial institutions and this is by far the most stable and profitable. If you work hard you will be promoted, given raises and increase in responsibility. You have to work hard though.

      Cons

      Pay is less than average, as you will find on other reviews, but descent for the area. Benefits need improving.

      Pros

      Responsible company that operates with conservative risk and didn't get caught up in the subprime mortgage nightmare. Hence, we suffered much less than most financial institutions. The executive management are effective, competent leaders who know their job and treat their employees well.

      Cons

      The middle and upper management need to do a better job of taking the advice and recommendations of the people on the front lines. Every few years we seem to go through these programs where the management wants to hear our thoughts and ideas, they invest in the research, but then never seem to follow through with implementing any of it.

      Absolutely none! I guess the only benefits were that I got a paycheck every two weeks. Other than that it sucked

      Cons

      Let's see...crappy pay, crappy hours, forced to sell to customers at all times, no holidays off, benefits were insanely expensive and not worth it
