      Pros

      Money is OK if you can tolerate it. You get a pension if you survive long enough. Management selects 2 people and books them a carnival cruise every year You get a nice Foosball table and a freshly painted bathroom to look at. The operations floor is a nice peaceful place to cry.

      Cons

      Class action lawsuits for wage theft Unethical business practices You will be constantly abused by the customers and you can't hang up. Really bad training. All roles are sales roles ala Wells Fargo You will be monitored for every second off the phones, especially if you're enticed by the Foosball table or the freshly painted bathrooms.
