Pros

Working in mission support/administration provides a great schedule. 10 pd holidays each year. The benefits package is fantastic.

Cons

Dealing with the government in general can be frustrating. Everything depends on congressional funding. Multiple systems that do not work together. Always a time delay and red tape for program and systematic updates.
