Pros

The job has flexible scheduling and it also has good benefits and it also has good advancement opportunities and some relocation opportunity.

Cons

The job had very very long days, Overtime is only compensated at 25% of pay, bad hierarchy, too much is based on seniority and not on past experience or production.

Pros

A blast from the past. used to be the place to be until all the budget cuts. OT is hard to come but Supervisor is looking out for you.

Cons

Budget cuts suck and you will wonder if you have to start looking else where. Sequestration sucks like the leaders.
