Mundane at times Can be seen as "inferior" from some of the Law Enforcement Officers (Customs, ICE, etc.) Trying to cut our pay and retirement

Government Pay and Benefits. Holidays off. Opportunity for promotion. Everybody works as a team to accomplish the mission. Annual and sick leave.

Cons

Working as an automotive mechanic has its downsides. Working in the hot and cold weather. Budget is low for tools.
