      There are no pros with this organization.

      Cons

      You support fascism and child abuse, all under the guise of protecting freedom. When in fact, we are becoming increasingly more oppressive every day.

      Great team, great clients. Good work environment internal to counsel.

      Cons

      Little-to-no flexibilities, no bonuses, and lack of certainty with job as administration progresses. The pay is also not as competitive as non federal government positions.

      Pros

      The work itself was meaningful and aligned with my skills and interests. I had opportunities to take on challenging projects, grow professionally, and make a real impact. Collaborating with my peers was often rewarding, and I appreciated the chance to contribute to work that mattered.

      Cons

      Leadership lacked cultural competence and failed to foster an equitable environment for Black women. Experiences of bias were dismissed or minimized, and there was a clear lack of accountability around diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. The workplace culture tolerated microaggressions and did not support authentic advancement opportunities for underrepresented groups.
