Enjoyable office environment compared to past office locations.

Cons

No structured training, employee reviews are not given in a routine fashion by upper management. If you're a part of the good old boy club or are related to someone who works here than it's easy sailing. Upper management baits you with advancement but never delivers.

The people at U.S. Engineering are great, and they really want you too succeed. The CEO is personable and very involved in his company.

Cons

The internship was a little disorganized, but HR tried really hard to make it fun and rewarding.
