Great work environment! I work with some of the best and brightest in this field. The USE team is dedicated to a worthwhile goal; To reduce the total cost of ownership for building owners. Focus on energy saving, reducing environmental impact of buildings, and building communities. One of the BEST benefits packages I've seen. I like their focus on giving back to the community and encouraging us to volunteer for causes that matter to us personally.

US Engineering has nice individuals, a good atmosphere and short Friday’s! Small company feel, and people interested in who you are.

Cons

This company will not set you up for success, sink or swim without any help or direction. Would not recommend for someone trying to learn.
