Very toxic environment. Supervisors don’t look after their employees, they scheme to get people fired, and they will lie blatantly to your face

Just like most companies, the increase in insurance premiums is a negative factor. This is a smaller company, compensation is adequate but could be more effective if knowledge, skillset, and education were included in determining where your pay range could fall instead of falling in the mid-point range.
