Great family company with lots of potential

Pros

There is a great family-oriented culture at U.S. Engineering Company. It truly feels like your team members care about your success and your personal life both. There is a lot of potential with the company to continue to grow over the next several years. The company is continually working to improve the culture. Also, the CEO is a great visionary and has a lot of respect within the company.

Cons

There are some operational silos and some very traditional thinkers. Although these can be positive at times, it can be stifling to those who are wanting to be innovative or forward thinkers.

Great place to have a long time career

Pros

U.S. Engineering challenges their employees to always think outside the box and find the best solution to the current task. The management always promotes integrity and quality. They recognize the employees who demonstrate effectiveness by promoting them to positions where they can make the best impact on the company.

Cons

The cons are rather minor. Previously having an office in Loveland, CO and moving to Westminster has forced many employees to commute to Metro Denver which has created stress.
