Pros

The CEO brings a very transparent culture. He motivates people to innovate and be a game changer in taking the company to next stage. This company has the best HR team that offers great flexibility to employees so they can give their best

Cons

This company can have more diversity at the senior management level. Tony has brought many changes in this direction but needs more work there. The company is top heavy and ironically some senior managers don't even have the background of their portfolio. Again, many changes took place in the last year or so to make organization structure more efficient with people at the helm ready for the future direction. Still more work has to be done in terms of building right talent and diverse management layer
