Pros

Strong leadership team that truly cares about the company's people and does right by them Good people who care about and are engaged in their work Great culture including a diverse mix of people who go out of their way to be inclusive Lots of fun events and a really active community of employee engagement groups who plan many different cultural and heritage celebrations Good pay and a very strong benefits package

Cons

Can be frustrating that the company doesn't own its destiny, despite all the work the leaders do to make that happen, it's really out of their hands and in the hands of the federal regulator
