      Salary, benefits, good PTO, across from Metro

      Cons

      Toxic environment where people stab others in the back to get ahead. A lot of nepotism/cronyism. People are disrespectful to each other. Commute is horrible unless you live in Bethesda or Potomac. Top heavy company with growth opportunities only for select few.

      It's a discouraging environment. People are so rude to each other. Lots of workplace politics. Everyone is always so stressed out. Long hours and weekend work is expected and not appreciated.
