      The company has a real start-up feel to it. It is a work hard and play hard culture. Team members are real professionals as "respect" and "team work" are some of the key company values. Working here is rewarding in knowing that you are helping to create something that will change an entire industry and matters at a national level.

      The normal growing pains of a start-up (i.e. some disorganization, bandwidth issues due to rapid growth, etc.)
