      Pros

      CSS is a work hard play hard environment. Your hard work does not go unappreciated and you are also surrounded by employees who are passionate about the work they are doing. This overall creates an atmosphere that is enjoyable to work in.

      Cons

      The environment is not for everyone. The work is hard and is fast paced, but as long as you have the drive for success, CSS is a great company to work for.

      If you are from India. You have a chance of getting promoted or recommend a friend. Isn't that a Pro?

      If you want to grow and promoted for your hard work forget it.You have a chance of being promoted if you are from India if not forget about it. everybody looks over their shoulder and recruitment is based on nepotism. The Company is suppose to established to build a universal platform —This is hihgly visible as soon as you walk to the office.Our company's employee are more than 98% of Indians. Everybody look over their shoulder. Some people treat employee like their personal assistants. The Company is suppose to be a Common Securitization Platform for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac . So what are your chances of getting promotion or get recognizing for your hard work? Take a guess
