Pros

I have worked at CSS in an administrative role for over a year now and absolutely love the company and my job. Best place I've worked bar none - plus great benefits. CSS is a fast-paced, interesting environment with intelligent people to work with. The work day literally flies by. The culture is very open and diverse; the management team is very supportive and sincerely care about their employees. I hope to be here for a long time.

Cons

If you like a boring, staid environment then this isn't the place for you.

Excellent location in downtown Bethesda, MD; Great benefits, wonderful colleagues, and good work-life balance.

Cons

As a newer organization, there are still growing pains on occaision, but nothing that can't be overcome with a bit flexibility.

Inclusivity, diversity and fast paced environment with ample opportunities to grow both professionally and personally. Excellent leadership and senior management who encourage and foster a collaborative environment. Excellent benefits too.

Cons

None! One of the most positive environments I've ever had the pleasure of serving in. Absolutely no cons I can think of.
