      Pros

      The company really cares about our work life balance. We get Fridays half day off and additional holidays around Summer long weekends. Company is progressive and pays attention to Diversity inclusion and equality.

      Cons

      It is a small company sponsored by 2 big companies backed by FHFA which means company doesn't have the freedom to make a lot of decisions for themselves.
