      Benefits are very good, people are great to connect with in the ERGs and IGs. Salary is pretty good

      Cons

      There isn’t much growth to move up. The common is flat their for much of your growth comes from horizontal movement across the organization. This is very helpful with gaining experience that will help you secure vertical growth in the open market. Management is homogeneous, and kind of a boys (some girls) club. Burn out, will spend many hours working based on being apart of core teams especially (Product, SecOps)
