Great benefits, good training, amazing people both employees and managers. Fun, dynamic hardworking atmosphere. Leadership is inspiring and always pushing for growth of the company and employees. If you like challenges and bettering your self..this is the place to be!

Pros

President frequently gives incentives and bonuses above and beyond the job. Very focused on providing the services promised.

Cons

6 day work week for everyone outside of the office. LOTS of yelling and profanity, especially when the retired owner comes in. Not knowing what attitude you will get when there can be nerve-wracking. Will you be yelled at in front of others? Will it be sunshine and roses? Will you be blamed for whatever went wrong that day?
