Pros

Company vehicle to take home. Thats pretty much it.

Cons

No work/life balance whatsoever. You will get 1 day off a week if you are lucky. Extremely high pressure. No respect for employees. You will get cussed and screamed at for everything. Business practices and high pressure sales tactics are unethical. The owners daughter now runs the company and she has no clue what she is doing. She is very immature. Its like working for a teenager.

Pros

The immediate personnel you deal with on a daily basis - the working stiffs like technicians, office staff, etc. are all great people and fun to work with. Especially after everyone realizes what the culture and environment is like and band together as a support group for one another.

Cons

Terrible Management - bullying and open degredation; swearing, insults, no support in the field, no regard for personal life. Poor Pay Scale - paid on a draw with exceptionally high goal to qualify for a poor production percentages. Routes are FAR too large and undervalued for efficient management and production. Work-Life balance is nonexistent. The CEO/Owner is operating the company after Daddy handed it to her and has ZERO experience in the field. Her husband and herself seem to be too busy pursuing lives in Local Politics than taking care of employees and the company and it's proven so when $100ks of the budget is dedicated to billboards and TV commercials but getting repaired or new equipment is like pulling teeth. If/When you part ways this company, don't expect to receive your last paycheck - they find ways to withhold it from everyone (confirmed with 7 different colleagues).

Pros

There really are none. The only pro is that you do meet some great people you work with along the way. You can make money here but it’s not worth your selling your soul.

Cons

The president is a terrible person and has no clue what she is doing. Don’t cross her or give an opinion because you will be yelled at, cussed, and/or fired. She has no business being in charge of people. The only reason she is there is so her employees can fund her lifestyle. Her father, the founder, should have sold the company years ago. Most of the managers are good people who have been manipulated by her to think they are working for the good and they are all too scared to stand up to her for fear of losing their jobs. They all make promises they will never keep. This is the most lying, deceitful company I have ever worked for. They also pay to have the really negative reviews removed because I have read many bad ones then all of a sudden they are gone. They make their employees go online and write a good review. Be warned. It may seem all rainbows and butterflies at first but you will soon see the true colors. Most of the corporate staff is a joke and some of them are way too close with the president. They are her little puppets. And from what I have recently heard, they have gotten rid of their good corporate employees who actually worked and helped the rest of us. Probably because they wouldn’t bow down. The rest are lazy and want to congregate with each other all day. Everything is for show there. The commercials, the pretending to care, everything!
