      I worked for US Pipe for 1yr and its a really dangerous place to work because they allow actively using drug addicts to maintenance their machines and they know this could get some one killed

      - Good 401k match - so/so compensation

      Cons

      - PPO medical - high premiums for already nights out of pocket expenses - 3 days sick time/year - Takes excessive years of service to increase amount vacation time allotted - Micromanaged - No room for growth

      Pros

      Good pay for the area, but you earn the money you make. Lots of overtime pay. Good insurance at a reasonable cost.

      Cons

      The overtime pay is good, but the hours are not usually optional. You are told you will be working, usually 6 days a week 10-12 hours a day, except during the shutdown periods when you have to apply for unemployment.
