      Pros

      Money to be made if your willing to work a lot of overtime

      Cons

      Long hours to much mandatory overtime underpaid and they don't care about the workers will even fire them if the fault is theirs

      Pros

      Great place to work. Local management cares about the employees and tries to do what they can to help you succeed. Lot's of hours if you like the money. Hard work, but again lots of hours. Good safety program.

      Cons

      HR is a revolving door so it's tough to find someone who can get you what you need, but they always try. Some of the long term employees have a union entitlement attitude.

      Pros

      Great management, great benefits, great work environment. This is a great place to make a home.

      Cons

      There are some cons to being a older company, like doing things a certain way because "that's the way it's always been done", but get the right ear and you can make changes.
