      Other than the coworkers, everything about working in a labor position at U.S. Pipe is terrible.

      Pros

      The hourly pay is pretty good. That is really the only halfway decent thing I can think of to say about working at U.S. Pipe.

      Cons

      The weekly total of work hours gets exhausting quick unless you're a robot. If you're a person who actually does your job and gives a 100% when you work, you'll be a rarity around this place.

      Good employees to work with.

      Cons

      Management is a joke, HR is a bigger joke. Company is owned by investment group which results in extremely low pay for skilled labor. Company doesn't want you to think for yourself. When you get good skilled people they don't stay due to low pay and company finding more ways to take from employees than help them. I started in 2011 and make $15,000 a year less in 2015! Don't come here unless you just have to have something.
