      Cult with Bad Ethics

      Pros

      Not much. Some people here work hard and are caring.

      Cons

      Bad leadership. Cult-like atmosphere. No career pathing, and promotions are based upon whether you are a kool aid drinker. They protect fellow leaders including covering up unethical behavior, even punishing those who are targets of this behavior. It’s so toxic here that people are afraid to speak up.
