      Good pay and hours, yearly bonus.

      Cons

      Company has changed ownership a few times and with that come a lot of changes, Benefits need improvement.

      Very few. Paychecks are on time.

      Cons

      Management is ignorant. Production is constantly being manipulated to make #'s look good, even though there are 4 months worth of Finished Goods in the storage yard that don't move. Annual bonuses have been slashed to 4% from 15%. Projects are half-cocked.
