      Autonomous yet collaborative work environment, deep talent pool, comradery, positive vibe across the board.

      Cons

      Fast paced work environment can be overwhelming at times (*I do believe upper management understands the importance of work/personal life balance)

      Culture is King

      Pros

      Management does an excellent job of modeling the behavior that they want to see in the company and hiring people who do the same.

      Cons

      In some divisions there is a strong focus on daily business results, which sometimes makes it hard to think strategically or long term. It's a trap that one can fall into and you have to fight it.
