      Great Benefits, Competitive Salary, Community Involvement, Caring for all Team Members.

      Cons

      Can only carry over 1 weeks vacation. Otherwise great benefits.

      Great culture, great place to work

      - Charitable giving & community involvement, - Strong divisional and corporate leadership - Above market offerings with compensation & associate benefits

      Cons

      For the most part, each division is treated as it's own entity. Not a lot of shared resources between divisions. As a result there is very little commonality between companies, creating duplication.

      Pros

      U.S. Venture lives its differentiating values of caring relationships, entrepreneurial spirit, strategic foresight, and high performance. Employees at USV feel like they are part of a family... one that is always trying to find a better way to provide value to it's stakeholders (customers, employees, community, and shareholders).

      Cons

      U.S. Venture differentiates itself by attempting to be the most flexible and dynamic organization in the marketplaces it operates. This type of organization does not fit everyone, as it can be more stressful then a mature organization that follows the status quo.
