      Community support and involvement are great New business ventures are exciting and interesting

      Cons

      CIO is ineffective and inexperienced - unable to set a vision or lead a team. His style is more of a micromanager who takes things day-by-day, which is frustrating and demotivating.

      Poor training - unreasonable expectations

      Very nice work environment with modern facilities

      Cons

      Training takes many weeks, unnecessarily. There is too little direct function scenario and too much product detail overview. The actual job involves an expectation of answering over 100 calls per day, ideally.

      Some really good and some REALLY bad

      Pros

      Some really good people. 401k match Good businesses.

      Cons

      Some divisions, Lubes, have leadership issues from the top down. Many of us had shared issues with USV executives and nothing improved.
