      Pros

      This job is truly for people who don't need their hand to be held. Who don't need someone checking in on them constantly. That can do their job without needing to be walked through every time.

      Cons

      Growth doesn't come easy here. Not the best communication until something goes wrong. Customers really aren't the difficult ones here rather it is the employees from other departments that you have to communicate with.

      Flexible with employment arrangements. Able to work independently and complete my work.

      Cons

      It has been difficult to move within the company even though they talk about promoting from within.

      US Venture has seen tremendous growth over the past 4 years

      Cons

      US Venture does not have the structure or staff to support the growth. Expect to work long hours and during vacation.
