Pros

Very lenient with when you show up to work Health benefits Home daily

Cons

Prepare to work a full 70 hours for only 1000 a week. Required 6 days Recruiters lie about your schedule, pay, and benefits. Slip seating - constantly dirty. Nobody does a complete pre trip or post trip Trucks are constantly needing repair and are very old Pay is load based and there are too many variables, biggest being if Walmart has a load ready for you, or if Walmart even wants to unload you, that affect how many routes you can drive in a day. If they are having a bad day, expect little pay
